Service department provided more service than my appointment was for. I had noticed an additional issue a few days before my appointment. I didn't expect them to look at the new issue, but they found the time. Satisfied customer!

I purchased a used 2023 Chevrolet 2500HD from Heiser GM recently. I made an appointment to look at several used trucks and when I got there, the trucks were ready to drive. Everyone at the dealership wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the building. From sales to finance, it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Was stuck at KT my dad and I drove over asked if they could call a tow truck because we were not having any luck they did. They got me in the same day to see what was wrong with my truck then next day my truck was fixed. They restored my trust in that dealership from the bad experience from last owners. Will definitely be getting my next vehicle there when I’m ready.
