I was passing through Sturgeon Bay on vacation and had some engine trouble that required immediate attention. I was able to bring my vehicle in and Jonathan Klotz and Josh Stack saved the day! They were able to quickly accommodate, diagnose, and repair my vehicle with the nicest disposition and willingness to help. Absolutely long but worth it. The knowledge that Brian brought to the table is was made my deal happen was over the top. H e took the time to find the rebates to make this happen for my family. The Chevy garage is gonna remain the flag ship for Sturgeon bay and Door county. Guys like Brian make deals happen because they are not afraid to spend the time it takes !

I purchased a used 2023 Chevrolet 2500HD from Heiser GM recently. I made an appointment to look at several used trucks and when I got there, the trucks were ready to drive. Everyone at the dealership wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the building. From sales to finance, it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
Was stuck at KT my dad and I drove over asked if they could call a tow truck because we were not having any luck they did. They got me in the same day to see what was wrong with my truck then next day my truck was fixed. They restored my trust in that dealership from the bad experience from last owners. Had the unfortunate experience of a damaged transmission needing repair. The service department at Heiser was a real life saver. Ian was able to source the parts quickly at a price that fit my budget. They provided a loaner car while my car was repaired. They contacted me e to update the progress and did other minor work they noticed on inspection of the car. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Heiser. I will return for future service.
