I purchased a used 2023 Chevrolet 2500HD from Heiser GM recently. I made an appointment to look at several used trucks and when I got there, the trucks were ready to drive. Everyone at the dealership wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the building. From sales to finance, it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.
Was stuck at KT my dad and I drove over asked if they could call a tow truck because we were not having any luck they did. They got me in the same day to see what was wrong with my truck then next day my truck was fixed. They restored my trust in that dealership from the bad experience from last owners. Will definitely be getting my next vehicle there when I’m ready.

Good experience after Heiser bought out Patriot motors. I needed my serpentine belt changed I provided the new belt no place around town could get me in was like a week out and I made a call to Heiser Chevrolet and they told me they were fairly busy but to stop in and they were squeeze me in their schedule upon arrival. Great service. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Knowledgeble staff. Also came back to order some tires and were installed a couple days later.

Had the unfortunate experience of a damaged transmission needing repair. The service department at Heiser was a real life saver. Ian was able to source the parts quickly at a price that fit my budget. They provided a loaner car while my car was repaired. They contacted me e to update the progress and did other minor work they noticed on inspection of the car. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend Heiser. I will return for future service.

Horrible service department! I had to bring vehicle back 4 times for them to fix the same problem!! And I was working with GM directly for the warranty work and they still would not address the concerns!! A bunch of idiots! Never again will I use them for service. I will drive to Green Bay!

Excellent Experience!! Greeted at door by Marice, Service Rep and confirmed exactly what I needed done. During this time a WONDERFUL gentleman vacuumed out my truck before it was taken back for service. At completion, the service tech came out and explained what he did and found that needed attention; and corrected the finding at that visit.
